Atlanta Regional Transit Implementation Board (TIB)
Welcome to the official website of the Atlanta Regional Transit Implementation Board (TIB). The TIB was established in January 2009 to guide the implementation of Concept 3, the long-range transit vision for the Atlanta region developed by the board’s predecessor, the Transit Planning Board (TPB).The TIB is a partnership between the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA), the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC), the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (GRTA), and the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT).
